Below is our Reopening plan for phase 3
Reopen Plan - Phase 3 - Broken Horn Brewing Company
- No employee to work if feeling ill or running a fever
- Employees to wear masks
- Employees to wear gloves for certain tasks, and regular hand washing to be done
- No employee to handle money or anything touched by patron without a change of gloves or hand washing to be done before pouring beer or helping the next customer
- No reusing of any glassware
- No self serve water stations
- No popcorn at this time
- No bar service, table service only
- One customer allowed inside tasting room at a time for to go orders
- Customers in different parties standing in line to be seated must stand at least 6 feet apart
- Tables will be placed 10’ apart
- Customers will be greeted outside the front door and taken to table
- No more than 6 people at any table
- All tables tops and arm rest to be disinfected before a new group is seated
- Contactless payment is available
- Any item (ie. pens, clipboards) touched by customer to be disinfected
- Windows and garage door to be kept open as weather allows
- No live music in phase 3
